Botetourt Intermediate School

Dear Rick,

On behalf of our faculty and students, I wish to thank you for the excellent presentation you gave at our school. Any one who can keep the attention of 625 seventh and eighth graders for thirty minutes has my respect and admiration.

Your message on problems relating to drug and alcohol use was well received and I feel will be a factor in helping our young people make the right decision in the future.

You are to be commended for using your speaking talents to bring this important message to the young people across the country. I hope you can maintain your energy and enthusiasm to continue in this important cause.

Thanks again for coming to our school.

Sincerely,
J.P. Jenkins, Jr.

Dear Rick,

I want to thank you, on behalf of the administration and our students for having the desire and energy to do all the speaking you do at schools while you are engaged by a local church.

I feel that our students are being saturated with the common ideas and statistics about drugs and alcohol. You give a fresh approach to the subject. Your first hand knowledge and friendship with so many who have been casualties to drugs and alcohol certainly penetrates the most callous to the subject.

Of all the assemblies we have had, I believe you kept our students' attention the best. I hope your energy and enthusiasm will continue and that we will have the privilege of having you in our school again.

Thanks so much,
Paul McNeese

To Whom It May Concern:

We recently had the opportunity for the staff and students at Myrtle Beach High to experience a presentation by Mr. Rick Gage. The entire program presented by Mr. Gage was high energy and realistic. Our students were most attentive and listened to the message that the speaker came to share. I talked with several of our students after the program and they were very complimentary about Mr. Gage and his program.

The message that Coach Gage shared was that concerning the importance of making good decisions in regards to the use of drugs and alcohol. He also shared several stories about misuse of drugs and alcohol and how it had affected the lives of so many students, coaches and players that he had been involved with.

As principal, I was very pleased with his program and would personally highly endorse it for high school students throughout our country. I am confident that only good things can occur for our students as a result of this experience. If I can supply you with additional information concerning the program or Mr. Gage, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter in support of the program On Track with Rick Gage. As principal of Jefferson High School, Dayton, Ohio it was a pleasure having Rick speak to our students. His message affected our students in a profound way. From Rick's message you could sense the relevance and impact his words had on them.

I am happy that we were given consideration by the F.B.C., New Lebanon, Ohio to share this worthwhile presentation.

Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Gage,

With today's youth having to make life decisions at an earlier age, it is comforting to know that there are individuals like yourself that speak out to offer them a positive approach to personal decision making.

I have received nothing but positive comments from not only students but also members of my faculty. They were especially impressed with the manner in which you approached the topics of alcohol, drugs, and suicide.

Therefore, on behalf of the student body and staff of Fayetteville High School, I and Mr. Sizemore wish to thank you for coming to our school.

Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Gage,

Pearland Junior High School has offered many assembly programs over the twenty years since it moved into the present site. Overall the faculty and students have been pleased with the variety and content of the programs.

I am writing to let you know that the response to your On Track presentation has been simply tremendous. You, Mr. Gage, are an outstanding communicator. You offered our students much to think about, and most importantly, offered students the "words" and "reasons" they will be able to use to resist peer pressure.

I received a great deal of positive feed-back from our staff members as students continued to carry their good feelings throughout the day. The teachers also commented that they could not remember when student behavior problems at an assembly were virtually nonexistent.

Your program is an excellent one and you offered our school a practical lesson about one of the most challenging problems of our professions - drugs. My thanks go out to you for your professionalism and to the First Baptist Church of Pearland for underwriting this program for our school.

Sincerely,

Dear Rick,

Great! Fantastic! A down-to-earth approach to a very serious problem in our schools. Our students were attentive, alert and drawn into your program. Rick, you have an excellent character for this type of assembly. Our kids related to you better than any program we have had on drugs and alcohol.

The real life stories you used to make your point kept our students focused on the topic. Many of our students stayed after the assembly to get your sound advice. Rick, you have a gift that is Heaven sent. Continue on your quest to help the many students through our nation who are reaching out for the ray of hope you give them.

Sincerely,

Dear Rick:

I want to thank you for taking time to share your message regarding drugs and alcohol. Your ability to relate to the students was very obvious and I was very impressed with the straight forward talk you gave to our student body.

I would recommend you to any school and we certainly would welcome you back at any time. It was a very timely message and the way you presented your program really caught the attention of the students.

Again thank you for making Gulf Breeze High School a part of your On Track program.

Dear Reverend Mitchell:

On behalf of the children of Lauderdale County School, I want to express my appreciation for your support in helping teach our children about the problems of drug abuse. No one group can do this alone; it takes a concerted effort. By your participation in and support of our Drug-Free Schools Program, you have helped to re-enforce what we teach in our everyday curriculm.

Rick Gage was a powerful speaker, and he really made a positive impression on many of our students. Again thank you for showing how much you care about our youth in a very special way.

Sincerely,

Zig Ziglar

Rick Gage is a born winner. I believe that any school system in America, regardless of economic position or geographic location, would benefit enormously by having Rick share his On Track assembly program. Our young people do not make up 100% of our population, but they do make up 100% of our future. Rick's message will make that future brighter and better.

When teenagers are mentioned in today's news, substance abuse, alcohol and suicide are usually the underlying causes to the story. These elements have become so commonplace in our society that we have become calloused to the evils and dangers that inflict.

Rick Gage is not calloused to the problems facing today's teenagers. He believes there is a criticial stage at which to reach young people and turn them away from these evil influences which threaten their very lives.

After knowing Rick for several years, I highly recommend him to present his On Track program in our nation's schools. His program will have a lasting impact on the youth of America.

I have been acquainted with Rick Gage for several years through the coaching profession. Rick was an outstanding athlete and major college coach. It has always been said of Rick that he exemplified the integrity and Christian character we all strive for. Due to my travels across America, I have become deeply concerned about the drug epidemic and the moral decline of our youth today.

Rick's On Track presentation will have a definite impact on reaching the youth in our schools, athletic programs and youth organizations across America.
